- We want the purchasing and shipping process to be as convenient and fast as possible for you. If you have any complaints, questions or comments, please write to us and let us know. Without knowing it we can’t improve, and a tug of ears can come in handy from time to time.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
SPAIN (Peninsula):
- Cost: 4,90€.
- Delivery time: 24-72 working hours
- Free shipping on orders over 75€.
SPAIN (Balearic Islands) and ANDORRA:
- Cost: 8€.
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
PORTUGAL:
- Cost: 5,90€.
- Delivery time: 2-5 working days
- Free shipping on orders over 79€.
ITALY, GERMANY, THE NETHERLANDS, TURKEY, BELGIUM and FRANCE:
- Cost: 9,99€.
- Delivery time: 3 to 7 working days
- Free shipping on orders over 145€.
AUSTRIA and POLAND:
- Cost: 12,90€.
- Delivery time: 5 – 9 working days
- Free shipping on orders over 150€.
LUXEMBOURG:
- Cost: 15€.
- Delivery time: 7 to 13 working days
- Free shipping on orders over 160€.
REST OF EUROPE:
- Cost: 20€.
- Delivery time: 3 to 10 working days
- Free shipping on orders over 160€.
Note: During the checkout process, VAT will be added to the shipping prices for the country of shipment.
Shipping exclusions:
We do not ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands, United Kingdom, Jersey, Channel Islands, Guernsey, Netherlands Antilles, San Marino, Gibraltar, Greenland, Madeira, Azores, Martinique, French Guiana, Faroe Islands, North Korea and Cuba.
Changes
We want you to be satisfied with our products. Therefore, the first exchange is free on all orders and the deadline for exchanges is 60 days from the date of purchase. Only one free exchange is allowed per order, for subsequent exchanges, the cost will be equal to the return cost.
Environmental impact
With each exchange and return, a negative impact on the environment is generated. Help us reduce this impact by making exchanges and returns only when necessary.
Procedure for returns and exchanges:
- Access our Returns/Exchange portal here.
- Enter your order number and postal code of the delivery address.
- Select the items you wish to exchange/return and the new size if necessary.
- Our Customer Service team will review your application and contact you if more information is needed.
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions and delivery labels. Place the garments in the original packaging, attach the labels and follow the instructions received.
- Upon receipt of your package, we will send you the new size requested.
Note: For exchanges in the UK and outside the EU, the customer must send us the garments by the transport agency of his choice (paying the necessary fees).
Return conditions:
- Garments must be in perfect condition, unwashed and unworn, and with the original label. If these requirements are not met, we will not be able to reimburse you.
- We give you 100% of your purchase back with a coupon that you can use for 12 months.
- If you return the product within 15 calendar days after the purchase, you will be refunded the money in your account according to the following costs, if you wish:

Returns management:
- Access our Returns/Exchange portal here.
- Enter your order number and postal code of the delivery address.
- Select the items you wish to exchange/return.
- Our Customer Service team will review your application and contact you if more information is needed.
- You will receive delivery labels; place the garments in the original packaging, attach the labels and take the package to the nearest post office.
We will process your return request within 32 working hours.
Once the package is delivered to the warehouse, we will process the refund within 5 working days. Reimbursement will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take between five and fifteen working days for the amount to be reflected in your bank account.
